    Role Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Contingent Sonographer to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-quality ultrasounds, including 2D, 3D, 4D, and 5D imaging, in a calming and supportive setting. Your expertise will help expectant mothers connect with their babies and provide essential insights for their prenatal care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capture, interpret, and document detailed diagnostic images.

    • Provide compassionate, informative care to expectant mothers and families.

    • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment.

    • Adhere to patient privacy standards and safety protocols.

    Qualifications

    • ARDMS certification in OB/GYN or equivalent required.

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a prenatal sonography setting.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

    • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient volumes.

    • CPR/BLS certification preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead prenatal yoga classes tailored to all trimesters and skill levels

    • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space for all clients

    Qualifications

    • Experience teaching prenatal or postnatal yoga classes

    We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist with experience in prenatal massage to support our clients’ comfort and wellbeing throughout pregnancy. You’ll help reduce stress, relieve aches, and support healthy body changes in a serene spa-like setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver prenatal massage services with a high level of care and safety

    • Tailor treatments to trimester and client needs

    • Maintain treatment room and equipment hygiene

    • Educate clients on wellness benefits and at-home care

    • Uphold licensing standards and safety protocols

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Michigan

    • Specialized training or experience in prenatal massage required

    • Strong hands-on technique and interpersonal skills

    • CPR certification preferred

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a certified Doula to provide nurturing, non-medical support for clients during childbirth and/or the postpartum period. Whether you're a birth doula, postpartum doula, or trained in both, you'll play an integral role in helping families feel prepared, supported, and confident through the transition into parenthood.

    Key Responsibilities

    For Birth Doulas:

    • Provide prenatal consultations to prepare for labor and delivery

    • Offer emotional, physical, and informational support during labor

    • Assist with comfort measures, advocacy, and birth plan execution

    • Remain on-call around estimated due dates

    For Postpartum Doulas:

    • Support physical recovery, infant care, and emotional adjustment post-birth

    • Offer guidance on feeding, sleep, and newborn soothing techniques

    • Light housekeeping and meal prep as needed to support recovery

    • Provide overnight or daytime shifts based on client needs

    • CPR certification

    Qualifications

    • Certified Doula (DONA, CAPPA, or equivalent; birth and/or postpartum)

    • Experience supporting families in home, hospital, or birth center settings

    • Calm, supportive presence and excellent interpersonal communication

    • On-call flexibility (birth) or reliable availability (postpartum)

    Role Overview

    We’re hiring a Contract Lactation Consultant to provide compassionate, expert lactation support to our growing client base. This role is critical to our mission of supporting new parents with best-in-class guidance that integrates physical, emotional, and educational wellness.

    You’ll undergo in-house training to learn The Pregnancy Bar’s proprietary method, ensuring consistent care aligned with our brand and philosophy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver virtual or in-person lactation consultations to clients at various stages of their feeding journey.

    • Assess latch, feeding mechanics, milk supply, and parent-infant bonding.

    • Document sessions with accuracy and professionalism.

    • Educate and support parents with evidence-based techniques and empathy.

    • Collaborate with internal care providers and support team as needed.

    • Participate in training sessions to adopt The Pregnancy Bar Method.

    Qualifications

    • IBCLC Certification (required)

    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on lactation consulting experience

    • Excellent communication, empathy, and coaching skills

    • Strong documentation and case management skills

    • Passion for maternal-infant health and holistic care
